Up for your consideration is a spectacular signed Ridgway meat platter w/ well, c. The piece is signed on the underside, and measures a massive 21" x 17.5" x 3 high.

It is painted in perhaps the most rare and collectible pattern featuring Chinese vases, tables, and flora in Gaudy Welsh style colors (plus a few extra). I have only seen one other example of this pattern, and it was in flow blue, and uncolored. It was misattributed as the "Formosa Panang" pattern, but this has a more complex design and border. The piece is in superb condition, free of chips, cracks or losses, other than some minor wear to the paint, and a few utensil marks (most pronounced to the brown rim). It was likely used only a few times, and then displayed.
