Chinese signed Qianlong Baluster Porcelain vase ladies in a garden with poem
Mid 20th century Chinese Qianlong Baluster Porcelain vase ladies in a garden. Beautiful vase perfect for any room lovely collectible. The vacation notice does not apply to our auctions. It is signed by the artist next to the lovely poem and also signed with a four-character Qianlong mark to the base. I believe this is a vintage piece, possibly late Republic period or early PRoC period circa 1940s to 1960s. Nice quality and large vase with ruyi rim and shoulder detail, beautiful flower blossoms and vine scrolls, and a very nice poem that talks of the bright springtime and the ladies getting together to socialize, read / paint together, and at nighttime doing their make-up and going to enjoy a lantern festival. All are happy and enjoying each other's company. In absolutely excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or losses.
Some minor wear to the base rim but otherwise looks quite perfect! Measures about 14" inches tall and 7" inches wide (35.6 cm, 17.8 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift! This item is in the category "Antiques\Asian Antiques\China\Vases". The seller is "vintagegram" and is located in this country: US.
