Provenance: Inherited by the vendor from her grandfather, a collector of Chinese porcelain pre 1930 from Edgar Antiques in Manchester, in 1930 from The Claridge Gallery, London W1 and in 1960 from Bluetts. Centrally decorated with a gentleman departing from a house as a lady stands waving, all within a terraced garden scene with rocks, tall ferns and scattered flowers, rim with diaper border divided by four reserves with household objects of books, musical instruments, scrolls and a cluster of game objects, foot with Artemesia leaf mark within double rings. The items we sell are Antiques over 100 years old. These items will show some sign of aging or use. I always try my best to describe the condition, and I will state out any major flaws and damages like chips or cracks.
