Antique Pair of 18 Chinese Q'ing Dynasty Famille Verte Square Bottle Vases

  
For your consideration are a matched pair of Chinese Famille Verte square bottle vases. Dating to the late Q'ing Dynasty, the vases are exquisitely detailed and decorated with a myriad of dragons and sea creatures with a floral sliptrail of vines and white blossoms on a deep emerald green ground. Artistically crafted by hand, the vases rise approximately 18" from a 5" squared base and have flared and rolled opening measuring 5.5. In beautiful muted colors of olive, emerald green, and chocolate with sunshine yellow accents at the corners and the neck as well as a stylized floral band surrounding the bottom of each, these vases will compliment and enhance practically any decor. In very good antique condition, there are no chips, cracks, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections found.

The hallmark is inscribed to the base of each. Wear is appropriate for age and history of use so please review the photos as they are a descriptive part of the listing.
