Antique Chinese Porcelain Oatmeal Crackle Glaze Vase with Scrolling Red Lotus

  

U p for sale is this beautiful early 20th century Chinese porcelain vase. This vase is decorated with lotus blossoms and foliate scrolling with a copper red glaze on a fine crackle oatmeal colored glaze. Along the shoulder is a border of ruyi lappets, and a border of lappets around the base.

The copper red painting presents a bold design over the oatmeal background. The slightly everted mouth rim is glazed with iron red. The bottom is marked CHINA in red glaze.

There is also a paper label on the inside rim that says "MADE IN CHINA" with the numbers "12800 8", which has a corner missing. There is NO electrical elements that will me included except for what you see in the picture. Base and lid are included but will need to be wired if you wish to have it as a lamp. 8 ½" (21.6 cm) tall x 8" (20.3 cm) diameter. There are no cracks, chips, or breaks.

The vase has been drilled in the base for a lamp. There are a few kiln flaws such as; pimples, bumps, and small smudges. Happy to answer the best I can!
