Up for sale is this beautiful Chinese 19th century celadon porcelain plate decorated with peonies and butterflies. The plate has a light green, Celadon ground with beautifully hand painted decoration in overgraze polychrome enamels of the Famille Rose palette with bird, peony, lotus, butterflies and other flowers. It has a Chinese underglaze, cobalt-blue mark hand painted to the base. Dimensions: ca 7.6 / 19 cm in diameter. Condition: Good Condition, Vintage / Antique / Used, Original / Some Imperfections. Condition Notes : Generally, in good condition commensurate with age, the glaze with typical minor glaze spots and blemishes.
