Chinese Porcelain Langyao Peach Glaze Vase Lamp. This listing is for a lamp made from a Chinese Qing Dynasty Langyao Peach Glaze vase. The vase is about 14 1/4 inches tall, or 36.2 cm. The total height is about 22 1/2 inches or 52.1 cm (from the bottom of the base to the tip of the lamp socket). This vase was made into a lamp in the first half of the 20th Century - the base is wood. The vase base has chips around the edge - this in not damage, it is how all the authentic examples are made (they are snapped off out of the kiln once fired). Other than the drill hole in the base when this vase was made into a lamp, the vase is in excellent condition.
